Starting his career as a chef, Sam wanted a sea change which led him to explore a career in sales. After closely shadowing owners Andrew and Chris, Sam’s attention to detail and thorough understanding of the business saw him leading the sales team. His successful leadership has recently seen him take on the role of The Fish Factory’s General Manager.

Having been in the food service game for a long while, Paul aka Chops knew his passion lied in seafood and decided to make the move to The Fish Factory. His wealth of knowledge and commitment has led him to a successful path wearing multiple hats within the business.

Having worked in various positions in the business starting in the retail store, Nic now forms part of the Sales Executive team. While has quite the reputation of being mischievous around the office his helpful nature and strong product knowledge is second to none.

Having been in the seafood game for over 25 years, Micheal has an extensive knowledge and understanding on delivering quality seafood to the broader sunshine coast region.
